Hi you lot,
Well i used to follow slimming world , but certain foods were unlimited depending on which plan you did, so i always felt i over ate.
This time i have followed ww diet and stuck to points , i was first allowed 27 points but with the weight loss i am now down to 23, i find on the weeks i have made sure i have eaten all my points daily that i lose more weight then the weeks i only have 18 say. So it proves you have to eat to lose but i will give you a daily menu.
Breakfast
2 x alpen light cereal bars (2 point)
grapefruit eaten like orange (1 point)
Mid morning
Banana (1.5 points)
Lunch (3 course)
ww mushroom soup (1point)
ww mediterrian vegetable pasta (4points)
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion , peppers ( No points)
Pot of asda jelly (No points)
Mid afternoon
Black coffee and pack of ww chocolate chip cookies (1 point)
Dinner (3 course)
ww chicken and sweetcorn soup (2 points)
ww watchers chicken tikka and corriander rice (5 Points)
ww almond slice (1.5 points)
So breakfast , mid morning snack, 3 course lunch, mid afternoon snack, 3 course dinner, and only used 19 points, so i have 4 left for nibble while watching t.v.
I have found that i eat lots more then i used to and the weight is coming off.
It does cost a little more in shopping because i prefer to buy the ready chilled ww meals as i dont tend to nibble while getting my meals ready, but i find Asda really good for ww shopping. they do some ww sauces for pasta and curries and they are only two points for the whole jar which are really nice.
So girlies there you go give it a go you will be stuffed.
Love
julie
